The
Muncie group gets ready for their Tsukiji experience.
|
Here
the group is in the middle of flash frozen maguro (tuna).
|
This
student holds up the head of a tuna. You can be sure the rest of the tuna
did not end up in a tuna fish can. It probably has been sold for thousands
of dollars to various restaurants in Japan and the world.

Here,
two lone group members review and send emails...the others have gone
to sleep - it is about 9:00 pm at the time this photo was
taken.
